Riley had her 2 year check up today. She is already 36 inches tall and weighs in at 31 lbs. She is healthy and right on track, all good news.

New Work station

For the budding artist, Riley's first easel. Painting was a big hit along with indoor chalk. This will be a great tool for years to come.

Happy 2nd Birthday!!

Riley had a wonderful birthday, she ended the evening making a wish and blowing out the candles. Grandma and Grandpa Lyle helped us celebrate the big day adding lots of fun to the weekend.

Clip Clop

We had dinner and a lot of fun with Grandpa & Grandma Ziegler for Labor Day. Clip Clop the horse was a huge hit with Riley, she only got bucked off a few times.

Dessert in Denver!

As soon as we landed in Denver, CO we met up with uncle Mike and aunt Kim for some dinner.... dessert was definitely the highlight of the meal for Riley!

Mission La Purisima Concepción

Our next stop was great Grandpa Stan and Great Grandma Kiki's home in Lompoc CA. They took us to Mission La Purisima Concepción, founded in 1787. IT was a

great day for a history lesson. We all had a wonderful time!

Visit to LA

We started our two week tour of the west coast in LA, visiting with Grandma Sherri, and all of Riley's cousins. She had a ball playing with all the kids, we can't wait to be back!
