We spent the rest of Rileys birthday weekend at the beach enjoying the last warm days of summer. We had so much fun being there for Neptune festival, we hope to go back and do it again!
We have created this blog to help show you the world through Riley's eyes - through stories, photos and videos. We hope these images brighten your day! With Love, Chris, Aimee and Riley

Labor Day Weekend in Charlottesville
Thoroughly enjoying a gelato in historic downtown Charlottesville.
Riley LOVED staying in a hotel room. Really, does it get any better than this?
Riley and Daddy checking out the view from the top of Carter Mountain.
Daddy, Riley and Mommy about to start picking some apples at the Carter Mountain Orchard.
Look! I got one!
Riley and Daddy scoping out the orchard for the best trees.
Daddy helping hold back the branches while Riley grabs a perfect apple.
Riley and Daddy showing off our bag o' apples.
Mommy giving Riley a boost.
"And that's how you pick apples! Any questions?"
Mommy and Riley enjoying the view of the Blue Ridge Mountains...
Cheeeeese!
A visit to the Carter Mountain Orchard would not be complete without a hay ride!
Riley and Daddy enjoying the beautiful day - while sitting on hay!

First Baseball Game!
Riley went to her first baseball game - her hometown Richmond Flying Squirrels against the Bowie Bay Sox (minor league game). Riley had a wonderful time and really enjoyed cheering and clapping!
Yeah! Home run! And Daddy is happy too, because the home run didn't fly over the center field fence where our car was parked (instead going to right field).
A beautiful night for a baseball game...
"Hey big guy, in the white shirt, down in front! I am missing the pitch!"
"...buy me some peanuts and cracker jacks..."
Riley, Daddy and "Nutzy" (the official mascot of the Richmond Flying Squirrels) after the game.
