Cookie Day

Riley loves to make cookies, and it's an activity that takes up an entire afternoon! This batch was a practice run for Santa, we want to have perfect cookies for Christmas eve.

Festival of Lights

We took Riley to the lighting of the botanical gardens, starting to get into the Christmas spirit. To say Riley loved it, is a huge understatement. Riley had the time of her life, singing at the top of her lungs jingle bells and dancing through the gardens for two hours straight! It was the best start to the holidays, I think a new tradition for our household.

The great adventure

Riley informed me she wanted to go on an adventure in the jungle, sooo since we are lacking the jungle in Richmond, this was the next best option. We packed our back packs and headed out into the woods for a morning of discovery. Everyone had a great time!

Both Riley and mommy enjoyed a wonderful day at home exploring our own yard. We spent the entire morning outside going from one thing to the next.
