Rainy Day

When it rains, it is the perfect afternoon activity! We stomped,slurped, and jumped our way through puddles and mud.

Daddy took Riley to see a childrens play called the stinky cheese man. They even got to meet the actors after the show. Riley had a ball, and hopefully learning to love theatre at a young age!

Riley is always "fixing" up her animals, we often have a full vet office set up in our living room.

Summer in February

It was 70 and sunny today, only 3 days after playing in the snow, we were out in skirts playing with water beads.

Snowtime!

 For the first real snow of the year, Grandma happened to be in town!

We did not get more than 3 inches of snow, but that didn't stop us, we did it all, sled, ski, snowshoe and a little snowman!

Our first snow storm of the winter, Riley is really hoping for enough to build a snowman.

Riley got to try on her new ballet costume for the recital in June. Now we just need to hide it from her for the next few months.

Later that day...

 When Riley got home from school, she had a special Valentines package waiting for her from Grandma Sherri.

 Riley loved her gift so much she wanted to try it on (and not take it off)

Riley looks for any excuse to eat in the dining room, and to decorate it, so she had a special request that we have a "fancy" Valentines dinner.
